Situated approximately 5 to 8 minutes walk to Church Bay Beach in a large garden great for kids and dogs.

The bungalow is a single storey property (split level so does have 3 or 4 steps) recently refurbished to a high standard. A spacious property with wonderful sea views, it is a great secluded place to holiday. With 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, as well as a very spacious sitting room with Sky TV it is an ideal spot for extended family holidays. Pets are welcome if they are well-behaved and it is arranged in advance. It has controlllable heating and is warm and inviting all year round, south west facing patio with amazing views with outdoor seating too to capture the morning as well as evening sun. Church Bay in particular is renowned for it's sunsets.
The large patio windows from the kitchen diner offer sea views across the Porth Swtan so you can while away the days or evenings just watching the changing sea-scape or sit in the garden catching the last of the evening sun whilst having a barbeque.

This is a no smoking property as are all our properties.Well-behaved dogs may be allowed by arrangement but will not be allowed in the bedrooms. Please note there is an additional charge payable of £25 per dog irrespective of length of stay.

It has a new kitchen with granite quartz worktops, built in oven and microwave, fully equipped for large meals, there's a separate porch and utility room so you can store all those beach items before coming in the main part of the property.

The sitting room has a living flame electric fire, Sky TV and beautiful sea views as well as a sliding door onto the patio.

The lane on which the cottage is situated is just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach at Church Bay which is on the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path. Walking, cycling, fishing, sailing, watersports, geological and historical tours, bird-watching, marine-life watching or just simply sitting and enjoying are just some of the activities that Anglesey has to offer its' visitors please ask us for details if you would like more information.
