Access Statement:
The cottages and lodge are in a remote rural area close to the sea.
The property cannot be reached by public transport, however there is a bus service in Rhydwyn which is 1 mile walk. It can be reached easily by car, nearest large villages with shops and pubs being Cemaes Bay and Valley.
Parking is next to the properties, although if more than two cars occupy the farmhouse it may be necessary to park at the side of the cottage which will iinvolve a walk of approximately 20 metres. The surface of the car park and track is large gravelled stone which can be uneven and care must be taken. The entrance from the parking area of the cottage involves a walk on a flat flagged surface of approximately 10 metres.
The entrance to both properties is by a door with a lip although there are no steps, the doors are of standard 2’6 width. The doors are opened manually.
The cottage is all at ground floor level with two toilets, the bedroom containing the superking bed is the largest and most suitable for anyone with walking impairment although it is not suitable for wheelchairs.
The furniture in all bedrooms can be re-arranged to suit the occupants.
The farmhouse has stairs with a hand-rail which are approximately 1 metre in width,

The en-suites have enclosed showers and it is necessary in the bathroom to climb into the bath in order to use the shower.

The kitchens have standard height worksurfaces and have all the usual appliances as described in the individual sections of the web-site.

Externally there are patios which have flags which whilst largely flat may have some irregularities in surface texture. Both gardens have lawns on which children may play freely. The farmhouse has very uneven stone steps down to a stream area which whilst gated and fenced may pose a hazard to small children if left unattended.

Mobile phone reception may be patchy and it may be necessary to walk a short distance to obtain a signal.
